Bournemouth are set to begin work ‘imminently’ on a new multi-million pound training ground, the Premier League club have confirmed.
Work will start when revised plans have been approved by Poole Council, who granted planning permission in December 2017.
The state-of-the-art facility will be located on the old Canford Magna Golf Club site.
It will bring the first-team, development squad, academy and pre-academy together in one place and will include ten full-size pitches.
Bournemouth chief executive Neill Blake said: “This is an incredibly exciting time for the club.
“It has always been the board’s intention to develop and improve our infrastructure to something that is befitting of a Premier League club with elite, international players.
