The 2018/19 Premier League season is done and dusted, with Manchester City’s 4-1 victory at Brighton on Sunday sealing them a second successive league title.

As expected, the likes of Sergio Aguero and Raheem Sterling feature, as well as Tottenham and England striker Harry Kane.
